Organisation Name :- Bombay Engineer Group and Center Kirkee

The Bombay Sappers Association was established in May 99 on obtaining approval in principle accorded by the Govt of India. The Association was registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 on 22 May 99. The inception of the Association was conceived by then Colonel Commandant, The Bombay Sappers, Lt Gen A K Puri, PVSM,AVSM, (Retd).

This is a unique Association of members drawn from Bombay Sappers serving and retired officers, JCOs and Other Ranks which is not so with other Army Associations. The office of the Association has been established at BEG & Centre, Kirkee. Office of the Regional HQ (Punjab Chapter) has been opened at Chandimandir.

• MTS (Safaiwala) – 02 Posts
• MTS (Washerman) – 02 Posts
• Barber – 01 Post

Qualification :-

Storekeeper Gd-III:

• Higher Secondary (12th Class) pass or its equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

Civilian Trade Instructor:

• Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognized Board with Industrial Training Institute OR National Certificate of Trade & Vocational Training in the concerned trade. Should have adequate skill and knowledge of imparting training to recruits.

Cook:

• Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognized Board. (b) Must have knowledge of Indian Cooking and proficiency in trade.

Lascar:

• Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognized Board.

MTS (Messenger):

• Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognized Board.

MTS (Watchman):

• Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognized Board.

MTS (Gardener):

• Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognized Board

MTS (Safaiwala):

• Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognized Board.

MTS (Washerman):

• Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognized Board. Must be able to wash Military/Civilian cloths thoroughly well.

Barber:

• Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognized Board.

Experience :- Freshers/Experienced

Age Limit :-

• Age limit for the above post is between 18-25 years as on closing date of receipt of application

Salary :-

• Storekeeper Gd-III – Level 2 (Basic Pay Rs. 19900/- + allowances)
• Civilian Trade Instructor – Level 2 (Basic Pay Rs. 19900/- + allowances)
• Cook – Level 2 (Basic Pay Rs. 19900/- + allowances)
• Lascar – Level 1 (Basic Pay Rs. 18000/- + allowances)
• MTS (Messenger) – Level 1 (Basic Pay Rs. 18000/- + allowances)
• MTS (Watchman) – Level 1 (Basic Pay Rs. 18000/- + allowances)
• MTS (Gardener) – Level 1 (Basic Pay Rs. 18000/- + allowances)

Selection Process :-

• A written test will be held which will have questions of the level of Class 10th/12th/ITI as per essential educational qualification of respective post. Candidates appearing for written test would also be subjected to skill/practical test wherever applicable. Medium of written test will Hindi/English only
