Qualification :
- ITI in Fitter Tread
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience :
- Diploma Mechanical – 3 to 5 Years
- ITI – Min. 10 years

Job description :-
- Component drawing reading and understanding of dimensional & geometrical tolerances
- Knowledge & hands on use of Measuring Instruments & Gauges
- Material lifting & handling awareness including safety rules
- Knowledge and hands on use of Conventional, Pneumatic & Hydraulic tools
- Understanding of industrial assembly procedures
- Knowledge of Assembly and Machine leveling & alignment
- Understanding Bills of Material methodology – Single Level & Multi level Bills. (Child- Parent relationship)
- Understanding of Drawings – Exploded assembly views
- Knowledge of Sub-assemblies of compressor components and Main mockup assemblies of compressor
- Understanding of Quality Check lists and History card/records, Use of overhead cranes and hand pallet trucks
- Understating of Reciprocating Compressor testing and its requirements, Knowledge of oil flushing requirements for frame and running gears
- Housekeeping and cleanliness awareness , Component washing & cleaning procedures / awareness
- Knowledge of 6S and industrial safety rules and procedures ,Awareness on IMS (QMS, EMS & OHSAS) system
- Problem Solving technique for Assembly and Proactive Work Planning.
