Position :- Machine operator
Qualification :- ITI or Diploma in machanical or B.Tech
Experience :- Need to have minimum 2 years of Operator Experience
Job Location :- Medak, Hyderabad/ Secunderabad
Salary :- ₹ 2,00,000 – 3,00,000 P.A
Job Description :-
- Ensure that machine should be cleaned daily
- Ensure to fill machine checklist
- Ensure to fill rejection data , breakdown and downtime data in every shift
- Ensure to provide training to co-worker working in shift
- Ensure to inform maintenance person for any breakdown in related machine if required
- Ensure to keep clean and healthiness of machine
- Ensure that material should be provided as per IKEA requirement
- Ensure to follow work instruction and SOP as displayed
- Ensure to provide batch no and other related labels on product
- Ensure to fill checklist , NC register and production register checklists in every shift
- Ensure to check Pocket Core Length, Width & Height as per material specification
