Experience : 1 – 5 Years
Job location : Bhubaneswar, Berhampur Bhadrak
Salary : ₹ 1,00,000 – 3,00,000 P.A
Job Description :-
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collect DPD accounts more than 90 plus.
- Follow up and track arrears assigned by the collections manager.
- Enter the collection details in the dedicated OD tracker
- Handing over of the legal letters as part of the collections efforts
- Regularly track the portfolio for specific buckets for the assigned area.
- Ensuring adherence to collection process and legal guidelines
- Tracing out absconded default customers and initiate recovery process
