Brief Information :- Integral Coach Factory, Chennai (ICF) invited an online application form Trade Apprentice – 792 posts. Candidates with the qualification of 10th/12th/ITI are eligible to apply for this job. About ICF: The Integral Coach Factory is one of the earliest production units of independent India. It was inaugurated by the first Prime Minister of India Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru on 2nd October, 1955. Later the Furnishing Division was inaugurated on 2nd October, 1962 and the production of fully furnished coaches steadily increased over the years. Spread over 511 acres, it has more than 9500 employees to turnout more than 4000 coaches every year which includes conventional and self propelled coaches, in LHB and other designs.

Qualification :- 10th/12th/ITI

Ex-ITI:

• Fitter, Electrician& Machinist: Should have passed Std X (with a minimum of 50% marks) with Science & Maths under 10+2 system or its
  equivalent and also possess National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training or State Council for Vocational Training of one year and above.
• Carpenter, Painter& Welder: Should have passed Std X (with a minimum of 50% marks) under 10+2 system or its equivalent and also possess National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training or State Council for Vocational Training of one year and above.
• Programming and System Admin. Asst.: Should have passed Std X (with a minimum of 50% marks) and also possess National Trade certificate in the
• trade of Computer Operator and Programming Asst. issued by the National Council for Vocational Training or
  State Council for Vocational Training of one year and above.

Freshers:

• Fitter, Electrician & Machinist: Should have passed Std X (with minimum 50% aggregate marks) with Science & Maths under 10+2 system or its equivalent.
• Carpenter & Painter: Should have passed Std X (with minimum 50% aggregate marks) under 10+2 system or its equivalent. 2 years
• Welder should have passed Std X (with minimum 50% aggregate marks) under 10+2 system or its equivalent.
• MLT (Radiology & Pathology): Should have passed Std XII examination under 10 + 2 system with Physics, Chemistry & Biology.

Experience :- Freshers

Age Limit :- 15 to 24 year

• Age of the candidate will be reckoned as on 26.10.2021.
• The upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years for OBC candidates, 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 10 years for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), candidates.

Salary :-

• Freshers – School pass-outs (class 10th) 6000/- (per month)
• Freshers – School pass-outs (class 12th) 7000/- (per month)
• Ex-ITI – National or State certificate holder 7000/- (per month)

Job Location :- Chennai (Tamil Nadu)

Selection Process :- The merit list will be based on marks obtained in Std X, whereas for MLT (Medical Lab Technician), merit list will be based on marks obtained in Std.XII.
