Qualification : Diploma / ITI / BE
Experience : 0 – 5 Years

Salary : ₹ 1,50,000 – 2,50,000 P.A

Job description :-
Broad Role :
- Ensures incoming parts from supply chain companies and internally produced components meet the quality standards and systems required.
- Inspect to ensure that products and processes comply with requirements, using established engineering techniques
- Rigorously do dimensional checks based on sampling plans, and document readings in reports
- Conduct tests on raw material and finished products at third party laboratories to ensure compliance to standards and grades
- Stop production n the event of manufacture of unacceptable goods/processes
- Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management system (ISO9001)
- To maintain 5s activity in shop floor & poko-yoke on machines.
- Ensure all quality data is captured
- Ensure quick resolution of supplier quality failures, and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure supplier assurance, perform quality audits
- Preparation of QA reports
- Develop and maintain a partnership-style relationship with vendors
- Regularly travel to the vendor plants to review products and interact with vendor shop floor workers
- Resolve quality issues of capability, tolerancing, and materials related issues
