Job description:-
Roles and Responsibilities
- To build relation with customer by ensuring high level of satisfaction of our services.
- Conduct Tool box talk meeting & Safety meeting on a regular basis.
- Service and Maintenance of underground mining machines
- To provide maintenance plan to customer for weekly maintenance.
- Making every day job planning.
- Execute and supervise every day’s job.
- Responsible for daily shift management and execute all planed job in time and maintained daily job compliance report and keep report.
- Generate parts consumption report and service report of all scheduled/unscheduled Maintenance, Overhauling, VHMS & PLM Data download, PM Clinic and KUE and maintained a strong data for the same.
- Periodic replacement of Engine, Transmission and Hydraulic system.
- Responsible for maintaining lubricant and filter stock and keep record toward the specific oil consumption for each equipment in line with the FMC agreements norms.
- Maintained tool and tackles the job place.
- Tyre and Battery Maintenance Weekly.
- Close monitoring the equipment performance & health.
- Make HR Documentation and related works.
