Job description :-
Roles and Responsibilities
- Live out ESQ culture by leading on customer engagements
- Map the Neighbourhood with customer segmentation across Current Accounts (Ex. DBSA), Savings Account, Trade, Assets, Trusts, Govt. Institutions, Other Institutions etc.
- Create ready wishlist of 100 customers within the neighbourhood
- Regularly train herself/himself and expertise of product managers and certify oneself on all regulatory certifications
- Ensure Key Products and Processes are known (FATCA, AML, KYC and all product fulfillment related)
- Has an effective sales culture through implementing eDSR by focussing on creating excellent customer service standards.Meet the budgeted financial targets – every quarter
