Experience : 3 – 5 Years
Job location : Aurangabad
Salary : ₹ 2,00,000 – 2,25,000 P.A
Job description :-
Roles and Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring process parameters in all fabrication cell & plating cell.
- First piece monitoring and conducting stagewise Inprocess Audit ( Fabrication & plating cell) and maintaining the records for the same & circulate inprocess quality issues to all concerns for further improvement.
- Daily updation of inprocess record on DWM board.
- IPO Updation.
- MSA ,IPO ,TPM Awareness, SPC, 4 Step action , Kaizen, CREO 2.0
- Daily inprocess rework , rejection monitoring & analysis on inprocess NC’s
