Position : Telecommunication Engineer
Qualification :
- Diploma / B.tech / M. tech Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering, Computer Science.
Experience : 1 – 4 Years
Job location : Bangalore / Bengaluru
Salary : ₹ 5,00,000 – 8,50,000 P.A
Job description:-
- Responsible for Voice Operations Day-to-Day Tasks.
- Attends to Service-now Tickets i.e. Incidents, Chat Support, Change Requests, RITMs, Catalog Tasks.
- Ensures Daily system checklists/health checks are performed and remediation of problems encountered
- Support Call Center end users globally both WAH and Brick and Mortar Agents
- Assist L2’s and L3’s in incidents or other tasks such as opening vendor tickets, making follow ups, etc.
- Answers UC Hotline calls
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
