Job description :-
Roles and Responsibilities
- Fault Finding, Trouble Shooting of Forging Press Shop
- Knowledge on PLC, Sensors, Hydraulic Controls, Robotics, Utility Press Machines etc..
- Ability to troubleshoot / Fault finding on Electric, Electronic circuits & Hydraulic circuits
- Hands on Heavy Mechanical Presses for Trouble Shooting
- Attend the Breakdown in Press machines and Utilities area
- Very strong in Root cause analysis & countermeasures by using Problem solving tools
- Reduction of spare part cost
- Work for Maintenance for 5S activity
- Knowledge of IATF requirements & SAP
- Implement the project to reduce the Power cost
