Job description:-
- Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labour required.
- Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
- Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers’ well-being into account, and that also minimise the carbon footprint.
- Preparing daily planning charts responsible for increasing productivity of work through combined work steps, removing non-value-added tasks, and adding the development of effective work practices.
- Keeping an eye on raw material stocks there why informing the purchase department for any shortage.
- Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
- Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders.
- Visual Inspection of the work during the execution stage.
- Have understand about drawings.
- Knowledge of Welding (SMAW, MIG, TIG).
- Knowledge of fabrication of Pressure vessel/ Storage tank, Heat exchanger (CS/SS material
