Key Responsibilities :-
- Implementation of periodical servicing, annual maintenance and other Engineering related works
- Filter cleaning as per schedule. Record and Maintaining all the log books and records
- Generation and distribution of all utility services
- Perform HVAC Qualification ie IQ, OQ, PQ. Perform HVAC Validation
- Calibration and updating records for all the instruments pertaining to process, Quality and services
- Highlighting and closing incident, deviation pertaining to shifts
- Ensure Data integrity compliance with respect to laid down procedures and systems.
- Carry out calibration of instruments with approved external agency and monitor the calibration program
- Overall compliance to electrical safeties. Inspection and calibration of safety critical equipments
