Key Responsibilities :-
- Execute Capital Equipment installations at customer sites according to the ItP process. Be able to act as site responsible for L1 and L2 Capital Equipment installations at customer sites according to the ItP process.
- Execute, plan and coordinate preventive maintenance activities, ensuring agreed performance of Tetra Pak lines. Reinstate lines into production according to procedures. Execute installation of relevant rebuilding kits/upgrades according to procedures and reinstate lines into production.
- Execute analysis and troubleshoot to resolve mechanical and automation issues. Conduct systematic root cause analysis of problems to enable permanent resolution. Promptly report and mange all discovered Technical Issues according to the QTIM process and, when needed, escalate to next appropriate level in a timely manner providing a proper problem description to ensure rapid resolution.
- Inform relevant Tetra Pak Field Staff about ongoing service activities as well as of any issues affecting the customer or the quality of Tetra Pak service. Participate actively in looking for business opportunities and share them with technical sales responsible (e.g. TKAM). Suggest solutions and support technical sales activities.
