Key Responsibilities :-
- Define a budget, with the help of store finance and store manager for store maintenance keeping in view upcoming changes and extensions.
- Build and maintain relationship with local vendors (service providers) for store upkeep – house keeping and facility management.
- To ensure that the store is merchandised as per the merchandising manual i.e. all the gondolas and the fixtures are adequately lighted.
- To ensure that the store has enough fixtures and materials to display products.
- Initiate and monitor periodic preventive and regular maintenance activities to keep the store facilities such as refrigerators, heaters, HVAC, power supplies, electrical, mechanical and other equipment, escalators, etc. in properly working condition.
- In case of any break-down or faults, the equipment is promptly attended to and repaired as per SLA by respective supplier/ service contractor.
- Moving and assisting in transportation of furniture and equipment.
