Job description :-
Roles and Responsibilities
- To prepare estimates, bill of quantities, framing of item specifications for projects. To co-ordinate with team and contractors.
- Supervision and Execution Structure work, Brick Work.
- Finishing Work, External Development etc.
- Preparation of D.P.R , D.L.R with assurance of submission on daily.
- Basis with next day Planning.
- Study of Complete Drawing and ensured that the execution activities at site is as per Drawing Keeping records of New and revised drawing.
- Contractor billing.
- Reconciliation& Requirements of Materials.
- Monthly Target Planning, Budget & M.P.R
- Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule and getting it certified .
