We have three production facilities: Punjab, Chennai and Jamshedpur. We produce mainly passenger car wheels in Dappar (Punjab) and Oragadam (Chennai) and truck wheels in Jamshedpur (Jharkhand). Our total capacity amounts to 9 million wheels in Dappar, 6 million wheels in Oragadam and 1.6 million truck wheels in Jamshedpur amounting to a total capacity of 16.6 million wheels.

Salary :-
- Rs. 2,00,000 – 7,00,000 P.A.
Education :-
- Diploma (Mechanical or Automobile) / Certificate course in Machinist /Machining)
Employment Type :- Full Time, Permanent
Experience :- 3-7 years

Key Responsibilities :-
- CNC/ VMC Machine operation
- Set up change
- Tool life monitoring
- CNC programming
- Shift Management
- Manpower Management
- Raw material like coolant, tool, tool life monitoring
- Trouble shooting & Action plan
- Ensure the adherence of production plan
- Shift Production Planning, change over and set-up the machines as per PPC plan
- To ensure the achievement of OEE target in the shift and participate in analysis & action plan.
- To ensure the utilization and availability of Tools & Consumable (Day storage)
- Setup change planning and setup approvals.
- Production & Rejection Gap Analysis & action plan (Red bin analysis)
- Ensuring good 5S in Department Level
- Coordinate with supporting departments.
- Responsible for shift data entry in the SAP (production, rejection, breakdown, stores issues)
