Roles & Responsibilites:
- Effective Customer Management through effective maintenance services
- LPG Installation Maintenance- Scheduling of AMC for contractual and non contractual
customers as per company norms - Customers complaint Management
- Co-ordinate with technicians and Customers for Preventive Maintenance, Planning and
Execution, Break down Maintenance. - Statutory Testing’s – Bullet Hydro testing, SRV/TRV Testing and Certifications
- Vendor Identification and development
- Safety Audit and Safety training
- Cost management
- Co-ordinate Technical Aspects / Trials of new Product / Applications / Service Offerings to
Customers. - Interaction with statutory authorities
- Root Cause analysis
- Documentation- Audit report, Training report, AMC & trouble shooting and entries in ERP.
