Experience : 0 – 5 Years
Job location : Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Bangalore / Bengaluru, Mumbai (All Areas)
Salary : ₹ 50,000 – 2,00,000 P.A
Job description:-
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Work on Help Desk tickets that come in via phone or email
- Repair, Maintenance, Installation and configuration of CCTV system & electronic security systems and intrusion alarm system
- Basic technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
- Fast turnaround of customer requests
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
