Punjab State Electricity Board (PSEB) was a statutory body formed on 1-2-1959 under the Electricity Supply Act.1948. Subsequently with the re-organization of the erstwhile State of Punjab under the Punjab Re-organization Act 1966 this form came into existence w.e.f. 1st May, 1967.

Qualification :-
- Candidates shall be ITI in Wireman or Electrician Trade .The certificate should be duly issued by NCVT/ScVT.
Experience :- Freshers
Age Limit :-
- As per Apprenticeship Act 1961 (Apprenticeship Rules 1992) as amended from time to time.
Salary :- As per Apprenticeship Act 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules 1992)
Job Location :- Punjab
Selection Process :-
- Selection will be based purely on merit basis .The merit will be made as of Wireman or per marks obtained in ITI Electrician trade. The 2 decimal percentage marks obtained shall be rounded off to nearest digit for preparing the merit. No weightage shall be given for higher qualifications.
