Job description :-
Job responsibilities:
- Preventive maintenance of manufacturing machine as per plan.
- To attain breakdowns within targeted time.
- Maintain minimum stock of critical spares to have minimum stoppage of machines due to non availability of spares.
- Development of high value, critical spares locally to reduce maintenance cost against budget.
- Get it done calibration activity as per schedule by third agency & maintain record.
- Development of highly skilled vendors/contractors to workout departmental activities as per required.
- Development of skills/arranging of technical training for subordinates and team member.
- Responsible for manufacturing machines/equipment should always be available in good condition to have control on MTBS and MTTR.
- PLC Machine knowledge is mandatory
