Qualification : Diploma in Electrical, Electronics / Telecommunication

Job Description :-
Responsibilities & Duties
- Incoming / in process / final goods inspection of Electrical products (Motors, drives, MPCB & MCBs etc.) in an organization
- Coordinate with suppliers & buyers for NCR closing & improvement actions
- Understanding & driving Homag and its customer requirements at supplier end
- Improvement projects / Elimination of repeated defects during manufacturing through proper communication channel
- Develop inspection methods to analyze product quality
- Document results and findings after inspections are carried out
- Core knowledge of instrumentation & metrology related to electrical testing
- Effective coordination and development of product quality at supplier
- CAPA on process defects and customer complaints Ensuring the product Quality and continuous improvement in the quality of the product
- Conducting regular process audits
- Driving improvement projects / Monitoring Quality performance (FPY, Quality performance)
- QMS requirements like calibration, internal audit, CAPA on complaints
