Position : Service Engineer
Qualification : Diploma / B.tech / B.E. in Electronics / Telecommunication, Electrical
Experience : 1 – 5 Years
Job location : New Delhi, Pune, Lucknow surat, Delhi / NCR
Salary : ₹ 2,00,000 – 4,50,000 P.A
Job Description :-
Roles and Responsibilities
- Attending calls and closing within TAT @ 24 hrs
- Educating customers to log the complaints through support
- Educating customers on problems and giving correct support to solution
- Doing 100% PMs for all logged calls
- Battery and Service quote sent by App and follow up
- Defective spares send to NSC immediately after completion of the call
