Job Description :-
- As a field service engineer you need to provide onsite service and customer support.
- In this field-based role, you shall be responsible for on- site services such as Installation & Maintenance of Domino products to ensure maximum up-time and customer satisfaction.
- Need to meet service & spares budget for assigned geographical territory.
- Need to study different type of packaging machines and site readiness for printer installation and conduct onsite (online) printer trial.
- Job requires travelling to manufacturing facilities of Domino customers.
- This role will be part of our successful service team, working closely with customer support and technical colleagues.
