Job Role :- Maintenance Officer
Education :- ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration / HVAC / Fitter
Experience :- Minimum 2-7 years’ experience in a technical field in a Dairy Product manufacturing facility with trouble shooting ability of various Dairy product manufacturing lines/equipment
Job Location :- Nawabganj, Uttar Pradesh,

Key Responsibilities :-
- Ensure utility supply availability as per process plant requirement
- Ensure recording and monitoring of daily consumables quantity and requirement as be best SOP followed in Industry
- Ensure regarding planned and unplanned maintenance against schedule and minimising Breakdown/failure as per %of MTTR and %of MTBF maintained/minimised.
- Minimising overall cost for producing processing item
- Maintenance planning of utilities.
- Ensure regarding Housekeeping, 5S and GMP followed in section
- Ensure regarding operational parameters and conditions of air compressor are maintained
- Ensure water requirement vs Water generation calculation
