Ltd. are an independent Swagelok Sales & Service Partner for Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Orissa, West Bengal, North Eastern States, Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan.The Swagelok Technology Center is engaged in building customized assemblies, we call Custom Solutions, as per customers needs. With a range of manufacturing and assembly capabilities, we aim to be flexible and responsive to meet customer needs.
Position :- Technician
Qualification :- ITI in machinist, fitter, Draughtsman Mechanic, Welder
Experience :- 1 – 6 years
Job Location :- Pune(Baner)
Salary :- Rs. 1,50,000 – 2,50,000 P.A
Job Description :-
- Assist engineers as they create, modify, and test products.
- Set up equipment & Create prototypes of assemblies.
- Maintaining equipments, Calibrate them and maintain Quality records.
- Ability to understand and apply company policy and quality system in each and every activity.
- Recommend measures to improve quality of testing/inspection methods and equipment performance.
- Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of the department.
- Ability to work from general instructions, shop drawings, P& IDs.
- Final Inspection of assemblies and maintain inspection records.
- Maintain, clean and improve the custom solutions shop floor.
- Participate in training programs & certifications.
