Salary :- ₹ 1,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A

- Roles and Responsibilities :
- Agent Recruitment
- Agent Development
- Develop various sources of agent hiring and build a team of Agents
- Meeting Business goals
- Selling Bharti AXA LI product
- Work closely with Agents on planning and reviewing of activities and goals
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans
- Field demonstration (FODs)
- Desired Candidate Profile :
- Min 1 years experience in BFSI Sales.
- Local from Mumbai or at list more then 5 years stay in Mumbai.
- Graduation is compulsory
- Age between: 25 to 40 years.
