BARC DAE की अग्रणी इकाइयों में से एक है जिसके अंदर विभिन्न समूह हैं। और इन समूहों को उनके विभाजनों के साथ और विभाजित किया गया है। मेडिकल ग्रुप बीएआरसी में समूह में से एक है और जिसके दो डिवीजन हैं, अर्थात् मेडिकल डिवीजन और रेडिएशन मेडिसिन सेंटर। बीएआरसी अस्पताल अणुशक्तिनगर, मुंबई में 390 बिस्तरों वाला मल्टीस्पेशलिटी सेंटर है - 94। अस्पताल राष्ट्रीय परीक्षा बोर्ड (एनबीई) द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त है। डीएनबी (डिप्लोमेट ऑफ नेशनल बोर्ड) कार्यक्रम के लिए नई दिल्ली।
