Position : Packaging Supervisor

Qualification : B.Sc in Chemistry, Diploma in Mechanical

Experience : 2 – 4 Years

Job location : Ahmedabad

Salary : ₹ 2,00,000 – 4,00,000 P.A

Job description :-

• Achieve assigning Production target with close coordination with store department for material planning followed with online quality check of filling & packing activity.
• Adhere to PPE matrix and workplace safety, trainings to team members & SOP adherence.
• Day to day troubleshooting of Production & machine related activity & Implementation of learn manufacturing initiatives (OEE & 5s).
• Routine system entry & document control & flexible to work under different department.
• Need to work on SAP System & implementations.
• Troubleshoot and maintain quality and maximum product output
• Perform problem-solving to develop corrective actions for customer issues or to initiate continuous improvement
• Respond to problems by performing corrective technical or mechanical solutions
• Maintain positive employee relations and adhere to Company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices
• Responsible for all packaging line & day to day activity of shop floor,SAP data entry, records & reports,manpower handling .
• Implement and manage all packing functions, including but not limited to preventive, corrective and emergency plan & action .
