Adulthood is difficult. There are bodily changes, mental turmoil, and bizarre hyper-specific stages. To travel with someone (or something) from birth to adulthood requires benefit of the doubt and patience.

Winnie The Pooh: Blood And Honey, the first Pooh movie since A.A. Milne's characters entered the public domain, has a wild first teaser.

This is a horror movie, if the warning wasn't clear. Christopher Robin returns to the 100 Acre Wood to find Pooh and Piglet have become violent psychopaths out for his blood.

Christopher hasn't guessed any of this, the trailer shows. Instead, he's bringing his fianceé on his first trip back to his childhood home, where he's sure his buddies are eagerly awaiting him.

Pooh and Piglet aren't as delighted to meet Christopher as they are to kill him, his fiancée, and a bunch of girls mentioned (though not by name) halfway through the clip.

Pooh wields an axe and wades gently towards his victims in pools, while Piglet's boar-like tusks are a better weapon. This detail may be the most faithful to the book—Piglet is shy.
